  1. Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with detailed photos of the damage and your order information. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund.

  2. Lost Products: If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the issue. If the product is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
